Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you book with us we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, hotel or pick-up location, tour date, number of guests, children's ages and any special requests. Booking form details are sent to our business email inbox through a third-party form-delivery service (Web3Forms). If you continue on WhatsApp, the same details are sent to us in a pre-filled WhatsApp message so we can confirm your booking.

2. How we use your information

We use your information only to confirm and manage your booking, arrange pick-up and drop-off, and contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email about your trip. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Data sharing

Your details may be shared with our drivers, guides and camp team only to deliver your booking, for example to arrange your pick-up. We do not share your data with advertisers.

4. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, change or disclosure. Your booking details are kept in your browser only for the current visit, to show your confirmation page.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing bookings@dubaidesertsafarivip.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.

6. Contact

For privacy questions, message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 746 6567 or email bookings@dubaidesertsafarivip.com.
