1. Booking and payment

All packages must be booked in advance via WhatsApp, phone or this website. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the package. We accept cash, card, bank transfer and payment link. Cash, bank transfer and payment link payments are made at the quoted price, with no VAT added. Card payments are subject to 5% VAT, added to the total at the time of payment. The final amount is confirmed when your booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellations and refunds

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled activity. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Age and health

Minimum ages apply to some activities: 12+ to ride a quad bike and 16+ with valid ID to drive a dune buggy. Guests with heart conditions or back problems, and guests who are pregnant, should tell us before booking, as some activities may not be suitable.

4. Safety

All activities include a safety briefing, protective equipment and experienced guides. Guests must follow the safety instructions given by our team at all times.

5. Liability

We take every reasonable precaution to keep guests safe, but desert activities carry inherent risks. By booking, guests accept these risks and agree to follow all safety guidance.

6. Changes to the itinerary

We may change itineraries because of weather, safety or operational reasons. Where possible, we tell guests in advance.
